  • 1-2 T whole psyllium husk (optional extra fiber & makes it thicc)

  • 1 c ice

  • 1 handful frozen or fresh spinach

  • 1 lemon, juiced & a little rind (washed well)

  • dash of pink salt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 frozen zucchini, yellow squash, or cauli (optional extra fiber)

  • 1/3 c frozen or fresh bluebs

STEPS

  1. Place ingredients in the order listed in the blender and blend well.
