  • 1/2 banana, fresh or frozen

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • dash of pink salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract

STEPS

  1. Blend all ingredients in the blender. This is a complete balanced meal smoothie. Enjoy that feel good stable blood sugar and being satisfied for 4 hours or so.

Notes: opped mine here with @catalinacrunch cinnamon cereal for that chewing satisfaction we need in meal smoothies. Who wants to drink a meal?
