Autumn Sheet Pan Hash

autumn sheet pan hash recipe

Indulge in the savory and comforting flavors of autumn with this Autumn Sheet Pan Hash. Featuring a medley of garden vegetable hash, seasoned with thyme, sage, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, this dish is a delightful fusion of earthy spices. For added richness, top it with liquid egg whites and whole eggs. Complete the experience by sprinkling the desired Toscana cinnamon-spiced cheese on top, bringing a touch of warmth and spice to your fall mornings.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 container garden vegetable hash

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • 1 tsp sage

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper

  • 1 -16 oz container of liquid egg whites

  • 6 whole eggs

  • desired Toscana cinnamon spiced cheese (to top)

    STEPS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. On a well-sprayed sheet pan, add veggies and all seasonings.

  2. Bake for 15 minutes.

  3. Remove pan and make wells or holes for the eggs and carefully crack whole eggs into each well. Pour carton of whites evenly over the whole pan. Salt and pepper eggs, if desired.

  4. Return pan to the oven to bake for 10-14 min or until whites are set and yolks are desired “doneness”.

  5. Top with cheese if desired. I had a piece of Ezekiel toast with mine for a starch.
