Shamrock Shake
INGREDIENTS
π1 c milk of choice, I used low-fat kefir this time
π1-2 T psyllium husk (optional extra prebiotic fiber)
π1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein @equipfoods βpeachieβ
π1 scoop collagen or 1/3 c nonfat yogurt (extra protein)
πdash pink salt
π1/4 tsp or a few drops peppermint extract or fresh mint leaf
π1 T almond butter or 1/2 avoπ₯
π1 c spinach, fresh or frozen
π1/2 c frozen riced cauli or zucchini optional to make thicker)
π1/2 - 1 c ice

π2 T cacao nibs
STEPS
Add ingredients in order listed except the cacao nibs. Blend well.
Add cacao nibs and blend 3 more seconds to have those crunchies throughout
