1 head of lettuce
2 - 16 oz low fat cottage cheese containers
1/2 tsp each salt, pepper, garlic powder
1/2 c blue cheese crumbles
4 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Desired grape tomatoes, cut in half
Desired chives to garnish
For 1 serving
1/4 of a head of lettuce
1 c low fat cottage cheese
dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
2 T blue cheese crumbles
1 piece of bacon, cooked and crumbled

STEPS
Cut head of lettuce in half, then quarters. Cut off stem and place on a plate.
In a small bowl, add seasonings to cottage cheese and stir. Spoon 1 c cottage cheese on each lettuce plate.
Top with bacon, tomatoes, chives, and blue cheese.
And if you want to get fancy and add a balsamic glaze, place 1/4 c balsamic vin in a saucepan on med/low heat and let come to a boil to thicken and make a glaze. Pour over finished wedges.
