INGREDIENTS

  • 1 rectangular wrap @josephs & @cutdacarb are my favorite large wraps

  • 1 chicken breast, cooked (we grilled extra & it’s been so nice)

  • 2-3 T bruschetta or pizza sauce (I shoot to find one w/o sugar in the ingredients)

  • 2-3 T Parmesan cheese

  • dash of oregano or Italian seasoning

STEPS

  1. Lay wrap flat. Place chicken, sauce, cheese, and seasoning in the center of the wrap.

  2. Fold up in a circular motion like a football shape.

  3. Place on a sprayed and heated skillet over medium heat. Cook a few minutes and spray top side before flipping.
