I’m Meredith, I’m a CPT and a certified holistic nutrition coach, specializing in metabolisms, fat loss, and emotional eating.

Welcome to The Peachie Spoon! I am also a 42 year old wife and mother of 3 so I totally get the busyness and stresses daily life can bring but healthy doesn’t have to be so complicated. Nutrition science is always changing and all those diet culture rules of the past in your head make it more confusing than it really is. I love to research and stay up to date with all the new studies.

Diets are always short-term and exhausting and years of the black and white, all or nothing, really start to jack up your metabolism over time because our smart bodies don’t want to starve and adjust/adapt to not enough food and calories. Add in aging, hormones, and real life with hectic schedules and you just want to throw in the towel. Not only the physical but diets are terrible for our mental health and the relationship with our own bodies, never truly being content in our own skin no matter what the scale says or what size we wear.
